5. Ordering and Payment

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

All products are shipped within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the United States. Serenity Research Labs uses standard shipping carriers and makes reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the timeframe specified on our website. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for receiving and inspecting your order upon delivery. Please report any damage, loss, or discrepancies within five (5) business days of receipt. All products must be signed for upon delivery. Serenity Research Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the address you provided.

You agree to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to deliver your order.

Returns and Refunds: Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Refund requests must be initiated through our website or by contacting support@serenityresearchlabs.com. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receipt and inspection of returned products. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
