3. Catalog Item Use Disclaimer

All products offered by Serenity Research Labs LLC are sold as research chemicals and are intended exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory use, and scientific investigation only. Our products are NOT dietary regulated consumer products, NOT approved for human consumption, NOT intended for veterinary use, and NOT approved or evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These products are intended solely for qualified researchers in controlled laboratory environments
• These products have not been tested for safety or efficacy in human or animal subjects
• These products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, condition, or ailment
• These products are NOT intended for any form of human or animal administration
• All information provided is for research purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, or veterinary advice
• Serenity Research Labs makes no health or therapeutic claims regarding these products
• You assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of these products in accordance with all applicable laws

4. Prohibited Uses

You strictly agree not to use, distribute, or facilitate the use of any Serenity Research Labs products for:

• Human consumption, ingestion, topical application, inhalation, or any form of human administration
• Animal-use contexts or non-laboratory handling
• Use as a dietary regulated consumer product or nutritional product
• Resale, distribution, or transfer to third parties without express written authorization from Serenity Research Labs
• Any purpose not explicitly stated as a permitted research use
• Any illegal activity or use that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in civil or criminal liability.

5. Ordering and Payment

When you submit an order-intent request with Serenity Research Labs, you are requesting research-use review under these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion. All orders are subject to verification of your age and eligibility status.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your account and during checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

Fulfillment does not occur until eligibility and an approved business payment path are cleared. Public payment handles are not displayed on this website. Order-intent submission is not authorization to charge a payment method.

Affiliate and promotional codes: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, codes apply only to eligible catalog items, cannot be combined with another code, have no cash value, and remain subject to any eligibility or use limits shown at redemption.

Email-member GHK-Cu gift: An opted-in email member may receive one free GHK-Cu vial when the merchandise subtotal reaches $250 after all discounts. The gift is limited to one per customer, has no cash value, and is available while supplies last. Affiliate discounts may count toward qualification, but discount codes cannot be stacked. Serenity may modify or end the offer as permitted by law.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

All products are shipped within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the United States. Serenity Research Labs uses standard shipping carriers and makes reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the timeframe specified on our website. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for receiving and inspecting your order upon delivery. Reporting windows, evidence requirements, return eligibility, return-shipping responsibility, and resolution timing are governed by the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to deliver your order.

Returns and refunds: The current Refund Policy controls qualification, request deadlines, evidence, return instructions, costs, and processing timelines. If general language in these Terms conflicts with that specific policy, the specific policy controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Serenity Research Labs website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, research data, certificates of analysis, and software, is the exclusive property of Serenity Research Labs LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use any content from our website without the express written permission of Serenity Research Labs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERENITY RESEARCH LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.
