1. Overview

Serenity Research Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") offers a straightforward refund policy for our research-grade peptides and compounds. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our research chemical inventory.

Because our products are research chemicals intended solely for in vitro laboratory use, we take precautions to ensure product quality and prevent misuse. All refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We will issue a refund for the following qualifying reasons:

  • Damaged in Transit

    Product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking due to shipping damage (not customer mishandling).

  • Wrong Item Shipped

    We ship an incorrect product or quantity due to our error.

  • Purity Below Advertised Specification

    Third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) evidence demonstrates purity below our stated minimum (99%+).

3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or Used Products

    Once a vial or container is opened, we cannot accept it. Due to the research chemical nature of our products and contamination risk, we cannot verify integrity after opening.

  • Products Without Original Packaging

    Items must arrive in their original, sealed containers with all labels intact.

  • Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse

    If you simply change your mind, standard return shipping costs apply (see Return Shipping section).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email support@serenityresearchlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your refund request. Include your order number and detailed description of the issue.

Step 2: Provide Photographic Evidence

Include clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and any quality issues. For purity concerns, provide a valid third-party COA showing the discrepancy.

Step 3: Await Review

Our team reviews your claim within 48 hours. We will respond with approval, denial, or a request for additional information.

Step 4: Return Instructions

If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for our errors) or collect return shipping costs (for buyer's remorse).

Step 5: Refund Issuance

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

  • Our Errors (Damaged, Wrong Item, Purity)

    We provide a prepaid return shipping label. No cost to you.

  • Buyer's Remorse Returns (If Eligible)

    You are responsible for return shipping costs if you simply wish to return an unopened, undamaged product.

Note: Do not return products without prior approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

6. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for items damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly. To request an exchange:
