Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders are shipped within the continental United States via USPS. We currently do not ship internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier volume. Serenity Research Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after shipment.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day.

  Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Your privacy is important to us.

  Products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• •

  Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate protective materials.

  The return address will display our business name only — no product details on the exterior.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the USPS website or app.

If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at support@serenityresearchlabs.com and we will investigate promptly.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with compromised contents:

  Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@serenityresearchlabs.com.

  Include your order number and photos of any damage.

• 3.

  We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Serenity Research Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to:

  P.O. boxes (due to carrier requirements for signature confirmation)

  APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
