Shipping Policy

Serenity Research Labs LLC is committed to fast, discreet, and reliable shipping for all research chemical orders.
1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Eligible approved requests are fulfilled within the continental United States via USPS. We currently do not ship internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier volume. Serenity Research Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after shipment.
2. Order Processing
Approved research-use requests are reviewed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Fulfillment timing depends on eligibility, availability, and approved payment-path clearance.

Approved requests cleared before 2:00 PM PST are typically prepared the same business day when inventory is available.

Requests submitted after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays are reviewed the next business day.

Tracking information is provided only after eligibility, payment-path clearance, and fulfillment are complete.
3. Packaging & Discretion
Eligible approved requests are fulfilled in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Your privacy is important to us.

Catalog items use protective packaging materials for transit handling.

Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate protective materials.

The return address will display our business name only — no product details on the exterior.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email after an approved request is fulfilled. Packages can be tracked directly through the USPS website or app.
If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at support@serenityresearchlabs.com and we will investigate promptly.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with compromised contents:

Include your order number and photos of any damage.

We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Serenity Research Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to:
